Information note
relating to booking and cancellation conditions.

Booking conditions:

​

The validation of the stay within the structure "Noho Mai", passes by the validation of an estimate sent by our company.

Any reservation in our establishment is confirmed by a response by email or via social networks and after payment of a deposit corresponding to 50% of the accommodation price.

​

Any stay started is due by the client(s). If, for a reason that is not the responsibility of the Noho Mai pension, the client (s) decide (s) to leave the pension for another accommodation on Nuku Hiva, the latter (these) must ) pay the amount of the validated estimate.

Terms of cancelation :

​

  • Reimbursement of the deposit (- 13 € in case of bank charges), if cancellation made up to 10 days before the start date of the stay

  • No refund of the deposit if cancellation made during the 9 days before the start of the stay or in the event of a no-show.

  • All nights reserved are due once the stay has begun. If the customer wishes to leave the pension for x reasons before the end of his stay on Nuku-Hiva, he owes all the nights he has reserved.
